The Imaginary Line
The Imaginary Line: The Imaginary Line is a 90’ documentary in late development. It delves into the personal histories of a community shaped by war, gangs, and narcotrafficking. Through personal testimonies, archival footage, and immersive storytelling, the film reveals how invisible divisions-both physical and psychological-persist in the community’s collective memory. Once a site of conflict and resistance, the neighborhood embodies the struggle between past and present, questioning how borders, real or imagined, shape identity, belonging, and the legacy of survival in post-conflict areas.
